是忠臣还是雇佣兵

现在的员工更像是雇佣兵,在同一家公司工作2年都算老员工了;“忠于”公司这样的语言,听起来像笑话一样。有没有办法让员工稍微“忠诚”一点?别把公司开在热门的地方(比如硅谷))-- 但不好招人、建设好公司文化、成为好的领袖(而不只是管理者)。
