中期创业公司的陷阱

Jessica Livingston是YC的cofounder和partner,她以在YC多年的经验总结了中期创业公司可能面临的11个陷阱:

It never gets any easier.

Don't go through the motions.

You are going to have to become a recruiter.

Don't hire too fast.

Don't be in denial about needing to fire people.

You will have to become a manager.

It's way harder to raise subsequent rounds.

Don't let yourself run out of runway.

Don't talk to corp dev.

The more successful you become, the more haters you'll have.

Ship great things.
