创业公司招人难,但招错了人的代价尤为惨重。两种人:一种是名校、知名大公司完美简历,要价高、爱搞政治、爱争头衔、爱碾压同事;另一种是草根出身、名不见经传的创业公司摸爬滚打、使命感强。
